Go Lucky Flow

Weekly debit order or short-term EFT. Your stock arrives, payment settles within 7–14 days. Hands-free and hassle-free.

Credit Account

Extended 30–60 day terms for established businesses with trade references. Subject to strict credit vetting and approval.

Supply Agreement Terms

Transparency first. Here are the terms that govern every Go Lucky client agreement.

Agreement Conditions

Standing Order: Clients with Tier 2 or 3 accounts agree to a minimum weekly standing order. Adjustments must be communicated 48 hours prior to delivery.
Retention of Title: Ownership of all goods remains with Go Lucky Free Range until full payment has been received.
Cession of Proceeds: If goods are sold prior to payment, the proceeds are deemed held in trust for Go Lucky Free Range and are ceded as security for the debt.
Automatic Suspension: Supply is automatically suspended if payment is not received by the due date (e.g., bounced debit order or late EFT). Reinstatement may require COD terms.
Price Adjustments: Go Lucky reserves the right to adjust the Base Price in line with farm gate cost increases. Clients will be notified 7 days in advance.
Late Payment Interest: Tier 3 credit accounts are subject to 2.5% per month interest on any late payments beyond agreed terms.
Freshness Guarantee: Fresh or we replace — every delivery, every time. If you're not happy with the quality, we make it right.
